Bill Bergman founded Texas Communications in Abilene, Texas, in 1971. His vision of high quality, honest, personal service for all customers has guided Texas Communications since it began. Now we are a privately held corporation, still owned and operated by the family that started the business over 30 years ago.
Our Mission: To serve our customer base and the communities we locate in. Delivering well designed, high quality solutions utilizing the knowledge and products within our reach. Our Purpose: To bring good sound solutions to our customers, and to service and support them throughout the life of those solutions.
Our customer service support staff may be reached directly at our main dial in number of each location at any time Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Those customers participating in our maintenance contract programs may dial in at any time 24x7 and an on call service technician will be notified to assist you. The staff should always be courteous and promptly attend to your request. Scheduling of service requests are on a first come basis with the exception of our maintenance contract customers that receive automatic priority support.
Texas Communications has 5 major divisions within the company that make up the operation as a whole. Our Sales division brings product and service solutions to our end users for voice, data, remote monitoring, or control. Our Service division brings support to keep those solutions working. Our Voice Communications Networks provide for dispatch type communications. Our Data Communications networks offer dialup or broadband high speed internet access. And our Tower Infrastructure division supplies locations for your infrastructure to reside while serving your larger coverage area needs.

Texas Communications guarantees the integrity of their repair and installation services to be free from defect for 90 days beyond the completion date of the repair or install.
