Infant 6 Weeks to 18 Months
From the pre-enrollment session with your child's teacher, to continuous daily logging of your baby's care and development using music and play, our infant program helps your child gain self-confidence through fun and delightful play. The over sized room provides space for play and mobility as they begin to crawl and walk.
Toddler 18 Months to 24 Months
High reach curriculum helps the toddlers begin to build their language skills through stories, nursery rhymes and games. Daily routines include color, shape, and number/numeral recognition as well as beginning pre-alphabet recognition. Daily schedule and routines aid in beginning origanizational skills.
Two Year Old Preschool
Self-esteem, achievement, initiative, creativity, and self expression are the rewards that come when children are in an environment where they are free to grow mentally, emotionally, physically and socially. High rich curriculum continues building on prereading, premath, and prewriting skills.
Two-Three Year Old and Three Year Old Preschool
Our program continues to use High Reach educational program to give students a head start in socialization, listening, hand-eye coordination, and body development. Your child will enjoy hands-on learning experiences designed to expand language skills, increase familiarity with alphabet and numbers, and encourage positive interaction with others. We also teach numerous reading concepts to achieve later success in reading, math, and other academic skills.
Four Year Old Preschool
In the Four Year Old room we use A BEKA, a strong phonics based curriculum. The four year olds become adept at recognizing vowel and consonant sounds and blends. This strong phonics program also include Language Arts, Science, Math, Reading, Arts and Crafts, and Problem Solving to prepare them with a strong educational foundation. In addition, we feature outdoor activities that promote the development of large muscles and body control.
Five Year Old/Kindergarten Program
The Five Year Old/ Kindergarten utilizes the A BEKA Kindergarten curriculum. The children continue gaining knowledge in Phonics, Language Arts, Writing, Science, Math , Problem Solving, and Social Studies. By the end of the year the children are reading at a Pre-Kindergartn, Kindergarten, or First Grade level. Their math skills are Kindergarten or First Grade. This class is for children who just missed kindergarten due to a Fall birthday and some other children who have participated in our Four Year Program and have a strong foundation in the A BEKA curriculum. Our goal is to challenge each child to the best of his/her ability without hitting a frustration level. When these students start Kindergarten in the Public Schools the following year, they have a strong educational base to build on. Early success often sets the tone for the child's entire school career. Many of our former students have qualified for the gifted and talented program in the school districts.
School-Age Program
During the school year our school age children participate in an organized homework time which is divided into first and second grade and third through sixth grade. After home work the children regroup and go outside as the weather permits, or play in centers, play video games, table games, or participate in arts and crafts activities.
