Long Life Services was established in March of 1994 out of a desire and passion to offer customers what we feel they should really be getting, which attentive service, attention to detail, competitive, consistent is pricing, and honesty all with a positive attitude. We strive for nothing less than excellence in everything we do. Every project taken on is treated as if it were our own property and not considered complete without a stamp of approval from the owner himself.
We understand our clients do not always have time to physically be at each property and to view hard-to-see places. Each project is presented with photo images, a written explanation and when needed, videotape.

As the years progressed we have expanded our realm of services to a Commercial Property Maintenance, Steel Erection, and Sheet Metal fabrication. We have certified and professional Craftsmen, who are committed to long term customer relations.

We maintain active membership with several Associations. Many contractors have very few ways to qualify themselves.
These organizations have strict guidelines for membership and certifications, we are proud to be affiliated with them.
The Rain Guard will provide leak protection to the back doors of commercial centers. Standard design specifications leave the back doors flush with the exterior wall of the building. When it rains, water collects around the seal of the doorframe. When the door is opened: water is sent pouring into the interior of the building. Save time and frustrations by installing The Rain Guard above your single, double or overhead garage doors. The Rain Guard is fabricated out of 24 gauge, paint grip {ready for paint application}, sheet metal. It's attached to the exterior of the building by using 1" to 1 1/2" pin grips or concrete anchor bolts. You can apply a bead of "one-part urethane" caulk around the perimeter for extra protection. Rain Guards can be fabricated in any length and in any color.
