Art Mix Creative Learning Center

Art Mix Creative Learning Center’s Mission is to give young artists a fun place to come, create, invent, and make art that is personal and expressive. Art Mix classes are offered for children ages 2-12, Monday through Friday. Classes are organized by age group: 4-5, 6-7, 7-8, 9-12. Each class meets once per week for 90-minutes. Classes are small, to ensure that teachers are able to work closely with each student. Teachers will maintain a comfortable environment focused on individual learning needs and creative interests. In addition to their regularly scheduled class, young artists can come anytime during Center’s  business hours to Pop-In Studios. The Pop-in Studios are designed for older artists, age 8-12 years old to immerse themselves in the creative process.
Art Mix Creative Learning Center’s curriculum reinforces the essential connection between art and all aspects of learning. Students develop their imagination as well as their fine and gross motor skills, as they create multi-media art projects including drawing, painting, sculpting, printmaking, jewelry design and more.
Young artists can put their imagination to work using a variety of mediums to make anything their heart desires. 
“Paint with Me” Classes are designed for 2-year old artists to bring a grown-up along, to participate in class with them. Classes will begin with wonderful children’s picture story books that relate to the artist, medium or theme of our art project. Classes are kept small with four to six children per class. Students develop their imagination as well as their fine and gross motor skills, as they create multi-media art projects including drawing, painting, collage and more.
You can also arrange an individual or small group class for a child or children with special needs. Talented and nurturing teachers have developed an exciting, multi-sensory curriculum for children to develop their skills and their imagination.
Private lessons are available for students who would like one on one instruction with an Art Mix teacher. Students may work on an individual art project or a school-related project.
Once the session begins, tuition is non-refundable, except for those students who have to miss more than half of the semester due to illness. A doctor’s note is required to process all refunds.
If a student misses a class at Art Mix due to illness, they can visit our Pop-In Studios to complete their class projects. The Pop-In Studios are open during our business hours, 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday through Thursday, and 9:00am-5:00pm on Fridays.
