We offer a three week classroom course, it runs Monday thru Friday for two weeks and Monday thru Saturday the last week. After the third day of class, the student can test for his permit, upon recieving his permit, driving times will then be able to be scheduled. Seven two-hour driving times are required in addition to drive time. These are scheduled separately from class. Class and driving must be completed in six months! |

Debra K. Routh attended Baylor University and received her B.S and MA. in education. Debra has taught Drivers Education for the last 20 years. Debra loves teaching teenagers to drive. She also has taught Drivers Education at several private schools in the DFW area. Having her own driving school is a long time dream come true. Debra has always been fair and honest to all that know her. Penney Vogelsang has been teaching Drivers Education since 1985. Penney attended Sam Houston University and is licensed to teach the DWI program for first time offenders. She has taught Defensive Driving for ticket dismissal and insurance discounts. She also teaches corporate classes. Alcohol Education is at the top of her list. One Way Driving School offers the following services: Teenage Driver Education Defensive Driving for Ticket Dismissal and Insurance Discount Drug and Alcohol Awareness Course for insurance only Class meets Monday through Friday for two weeks and Monday through Saturday the third week. Saturday final class is 9:00 to 11:00 am. The classroom must be completed in 90 days from the first day of class. Students will not be let into class if they are more than five minutes late. Students will be expected to pay attention and be cooperative during the class time and driving time (No Sleeping). The material we teach is very important. Any student who cannot cooperate will be asked to leave class that day and will not be allowed back unless the student/parents feel he is ready. On Monday of the third week students MUST have an article about drugs or alcohol. Those students who do not bring an article will have to bring two the second day. The student must spend fourteen hours in the car, seven driving and seven observing. If driving is scheduled on the same day as class the student will be here for four hours. Students should show up at least ten minutes before their driving time with their permit. No flip flops. Any student who cannot make a scheduled driving time must call at least eight hours in advance and cancel.
