Our Personal Trainers:
- Dean Baldwin: Head Trainer. Dean has trained a wide range of clients, from elite athletes, actors and celebrities, to individuals who have never set foot in a gym. Through evaluation and testing, Dean will design a routine based on your goals, focusing on fitness and habitual behavior changes. Dean finds his work rewarding, as he helps others to accomplish their goals and understand what it really means to be in shape.
- Jonathan Palafox. Jonathan is committed to developing fun, exciting, result-driven workout programs tailored to your needs. He will encourage you to set new goals for yourself and will help you achieve those with his enthusiastic and positive demeanor.
Our Classes:
- Boot Camp. Fitness 360 bootcamps are unique and are comprised of dynamic warm-ups, interval training, resistance training, agility exercises, sprint drills, plyometrics and much much more. Campers should expect a "total body workout." Our philosophy is “keeping it fun.” One hour a day, two to three days a week for only four weeks, you will focus on various fitness areas such as flexibility, core strength, power, endurance, balance, speed, and agility. No two workouts are the same, and they will continue to change, challenge, and confuse your body so that we can keep pushing your fitness level t0 get the best workout possible.
- Circuit Training.
Our Equipment:
- Cardio equipment. Our cardio equipment is brand-new and state-of-the-art. We regularly maintain our cardio equipment and make sure that everything is running smoothly so you can have an effective workout – Treadmills, Elliptical machines, Bicycles, Rowing machines, Adaptive Motion Trainers.
- Weight-training equipment. Sculpt your body with free weights or tone your body with circuit training. Our weight-training floor has been designed by professionals that understand the optimal placement of weight-training machines for an effective workout.
- Core Training & Stretching Area. Stretch your muscles and tighten your abs in our Core Training & Stretching Area. Fitness 360 features a roomy, matted area where you can warm up before or cool down after your workout.
Fitness 360 understands that there is a before and after with every workout. Enjoy the convenience of our secure locker rooms with clean and spacious showers and large bathroom counter tops.
