The Fitness Camp is designed for both women and men that includes fitness instruction, nutritional guidance, and team motivation. Each camp is one hour in length. Our fitness boot camps will help you reach your goals while having fun.
While your physical training will be performed in a team environment, you will receive fitness guidance, and nutritional education to help you reach your individual goals. Additionally, all classes are led by certified fitness professionals. Each coach is committed to your success. Our program offers the opportunity to meet new friends whose health and fitness goals are similar to yours. We provide you with a supportive fitness community and offer educational opportunities that you can't find through any other program.

How often will we meet is depending on the plan you chose, Boot Camp Training is offered Monday - Thursday, and Saturday for one hour during the six-week program. We also offer two days per week programs if you cannot meet three days per week. All participants will be expected to arrive on time!
Fitness Services and Spa Treatments.- Aroma Body Wrap. A nurturing Body Wrap of warm aroma therapeutic linens to enhance purification and deep relaxation. This treatment works specifically to cleanse out toxins and improve circulation.
- Chair Massage.
- Deep Tissue Massage. This treatment addresses a deeper layer of muscle tissue using Swedish massage techniques.
- Essential Back Treatment. Deep pore cleansing and exfoliation for the back and shoulders. Ideal for dry skin, skin prone to acne and impurities. Includes gentle cleansing, exfoliation, light massage, hydration and aromatherapy.
- Hot Stone Therapy. Enhanced Swedish massage techniques using warmed smooth basalt stones.
- Personal Treat, Revitalizer and Total Relaxation. All Specialty Packages Are Followed By Hot Towels, Hot Herb Tea And a Healthy Snack.
- Salt Glow. An invigorating sea salt and citrus body scrub using warm aromatherapy linens to cleanse the body followed by re-hydrating essential oils. This treatment, great for dry skin, flaky skin, leaves your skin refreshed, glowing and smooth.
- Swedish Massage. Unwind and relax! This technique uses long flowing strokes that will soothe the muscles, improve flexibility and circulation.
