I'm Chef Aimee Fuenfhausen. Born in New Orleans and raised in Texas, I have always been passionate about great food. My previous career of nearly twenty years as a registered nurse also made me passionate about taking care of people.

Service Plans
I offer three standard service plans, designed with active people and families in mind. I also offer optional appetizer, salad, and dessert courses at an additional fee.

My approach to food is bold and adventurous. I combine great ingredients and great cuisines from around the world with a healthy punch of bold Texas flavor. The result is gourmet cuisine with a bit of a kick.
Sample Menu
I offer a full range of menu options for all tastes and diets. I prepare every item from scratch and to order in your home kitchen. I can also prepare special items at your request.
Great cuisine must start from great ingredients. I take the quality of the ingredients I use very seriously. I always look for the freshest, healthful, tasty products when I am shopping. I also like to use high-quality local products as much as possible. Shopping every day has helped me build strong relationships with my local grocers and producers.
Storage Container Options
Quality food storage containers are essential to protecting the freshness and quality of your meal selections. I offer two container options for food storage: Reusable Containers and Disposable Containers.
Your menus will be custom tailored to your tastes and desires.
Parties and Events
Give your dinner party or special event that extra touch of class by having a personal chef prepare and serve your personalized selections in your home. I offer a range of formats, menu selections, and services as part of my party and events service. I can accommodate any special request, and will deliver an experience your guests will talk about for weeks.

How My Service Works
Everything I do is aimed at providing you with the best possible culinary experience, tailored to your most specific wishes.
Step 1 - Getting to Know You
We start with a personal consultation to discuss the details of the service. In the comfort of your home or other agreeable place, we will discuss how my service works, your food preferences, health needs, and any constraints I should know about such as food allergies.
I will answer any questions you have and provide details about the service and the menu.
During the initial consultation, we will agree on the service plan and date for your first service.
Step 2 - Cook Dates
Cook Dates are the days when I come to your home and cook your meals. I start the day by shopping for the ingredients for your meal selections.
At the time we agree upon, I come to your home and cook your meals in your kitchen. I bring all my own preparation utensils and cookware.
Before I leave, I thoroughly clean up, leaving your kitchen in tip-top condition. I also leave you with detailed instructions for heating your meals when you are ready to eat.
I will typically spend 4-5 hours in your home on cook dates.
Step 3 - The Fun Part: Eating!
When you are ready for some great meals, they are ready and waiting for you in your own refrigerator. Simply heat and eat.
