Russell Masraff, a graduate of University of Houston, Hilton School of Hotel & Restaurant Management, has ten years of practical experience in the restaurant business, of which the last six years were within the Pappas' Family Restaurants, and Houston's Restaurant chain.
Russell left Houston's as their assistant General Manager to start Masraff's on Post Oak Lane.
Tony Masraff is a seasoned entrepreneur with diverse business experience including startups, organization development and marketing.
His experience dates back to marketing with the IBM Corporation, followed by two successful high technology startups in Houston, one of which made the Inc. 500 and earned him Houston's Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
Soon after opening, Masraff's received stellar early reviews, including the prestigious three-star rating from the Houston Chronicle Dining Guide, as well as being named among the ten new restaurants on the culinary cutting edge in the US by The Wall Street Journal.

Our chef will prepare a six course degustation gourmet dinner using the best and freshest of the ingredients he has on hand on any given day. To complete your experience, we will pair the courses with wines that suit your desires and price range.
You will enjoy a splendid view of our kitchen and the personal attention of our chef as he does his capable best to prepare for you the finest possible meal.
Unlike traditional Chef's tables, where the cost can be prohibitive and only one party may enjoy the experience at a time, our Chef's Counter can accommodate several small parties of two, four or large party of up to eighteen at any time. The Restaurant, with its Tuscan setting, seats over 200 for lunch and dinner.

The Vintage Room, one of Houston's most beautiful private rooms, accommodates up to 50 guests. A 32 foot cathedral ceiling, accented by a custom designed Murano (Venice) Chandelier, a 14 foot limestone fireplace flanked by French windows give it an elegant, comfortable and warm atmosphere. The whole restaurant is available for over 200.The restaurant business was Tony's dream some 40 years ago, but fate led him into the High Technology field instead. He sold his high technology company and moved to his ranch in Hempstead.
