Emotional Intelligence is one's ability to manage one's emotions and those of others to achieve a desired goal. Emotional intelligence allows one to create a mindset that promotes physical, psychological, and social health. As a result, emotionally intelligent people are better able to deal with negative information, conflict, and complexity.
To improve behavior, we:

Emotional Intelligence Source envisions that it will establish itself as a leader in emotional intelligence education. We review emotional intelligence in terms of its history and contemporary view. Also, we use credible sources (References Used on Emotional Intelligence) and provide information on the Psychometrics of Emotional Intelligence Assessments.
In a short amount of time, you can take an emotional intelligence test. The results will give you an indication of your emotional intelligence and path for personal development.
The Testing Packages
At Emotional Intelligence Source, we have three testing packages: Basic Testing Package, Advanced Testing Package, and Premium Testing Package. In one sitting, prepare to take about 30 minutes to complete the emotional intelligence assessment. To assess your emotional intelligence, we use the Bar-On EQ-i. The Bar-On EQ-i is a multiple choice test and the most widely used emotional intelligence test in the world.
Bar-On EQ-i
The Bar-On Emotional Quotient Inventory is a self-report instrument that measures five composite scales: intrapersonal, interpersonal, stress management, adaptability, and general mood. The Bar-On EQ-i was the first test to measure emotional intelligence and the first to be peer reviewed. It is the most widely used measure of emotional intelligence in the world.
The EQ-i is a 133-item scale that uses a 5-point response scale ranging from (1) “very seldom or not true of me” to (5) “very often true of me or true of me.” The test takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.
