Armando Daniel Segovia is the founder and manager of Texas Rehab. The new rehab facility was built in 1998, but the original building has been here since 1969 with Felix Segovia M.D. Armando Daniel Segovia has been active in the medical field since 1988. His charisma, positive attitude, leadership, and commitment to excellence have made him a key to success at Texas Rehab.
He resides in Dallas, Texas and has two children Olivia and Victoria.
Evaluations
Thorough examinations and evaluations with a history of your injuries on the first visit. No injury is too large or too small for us to treat.
Diagnostic testing
We provide state of the art x-ray facilities for fractures and other disorders. Functional Capacity Evaluations are performed in the therapy department as well as muscle testing.
Minor urgent care
Lacerations, fractures, and casting can be done in our treatment room when you need immediate help.
