Our Divisions:
- Direct Hire Devision
Recruiters in this division work with employers on a local, regional and national basis identifying and screening candidates for positions in administrative and office support, engineering, accounting, manufacturing and supervision, human resources, information technology and many other job categories.
- Temporary staffing devision
The commercial staffing specialty works with clerical and office support temporaries. The light industrial specialty focuses on providing semi-skilled industrial temps to meet the needs of employer clients. Our specialists can staff virtually any type of clerical or light industrial position.
- Contract professional staffing
The Contract Division provides professional employees for a myriad of assignments both short-term and long-term. Our large database of candidates with experience in accounting, purchasing, engineering, chemistry, human resources and information technology enables us to fill any requirement employers may have for professional or managerial staffers. This division is one of the fastest growing segments of the staffing industry today.
- Temporary systems
This company was formed in 1973 to assist leading independently owned staffing services enter the temporary staffing industry. Those firms usually have established a superior reputation in permanent placement. This “branchise”operation has become a popular concept in the industry. The branch is trained by Meador employees and all back office responsibilities such as payroll preparation and payroll funding are supplied by Meador Staffing. Since inception, Meador Staffing has established more than 100 affiliates through this TSI concept.
- Inter-City Personnel Associates
Inter-City Personnel Associates is one of the largest national cooperative placement networks. IPA Staffing Services provides back office and payroll funding support for members of the IPA network who desire to place contract temporary professionals. The IPA affiliate recruits and places the candidate and IPA Staffing Services handles the duties of paying the contract and billing the client company. This is an effective way to enter the contract staffing business without considerable risk.
- Career Consultants Staffing Service
On April 1, 1994, Meador Staffing Services, Inc. acquired Career Consultants, a 29 year old recruiting firm, the largest in Austin. Career Consultants is a full service staffing firm with divisions specializing in temporary placement, contract professional placement and direct hire capability in administrative support and engineering and technical placement.
