Texas Watch and Gold was founded by James Crawford in 1997 and the organization's major business activity is buying and selling fine pre-owned Swiss watches.
We offer the following to our customers:
Timely Delivery — we have in stock what we offer for sale and we accept major credit cards for payment in addition to wire transfers and PayPal payments. Items purchased are usually shipped the same day a credit card transaction is approved or a wire transfer is received. If payments are received too late for same day shipping, the merchandise purchased is shipped the next business day.
Customer-Convenient Payment Options — we accept major credit cards and will process them over the phone. In addition, we accept PayPal transactions and wire transfers. Customers may select the payment method most convenient for them.
Competitive Pricing — our prices are competitive and reflect our foundation policy of value given for value received.
Security — we are members of the International Watch and Jewelry Guild and the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors. We are also a Square Trade Member, an eBay Platinum Power Seller, and a member of the Better Business Bureau OnLine. In addition, our ability to accept credit card payments further enhances the security we offer to our customers.
The Products Themselves — our fine watches are a source of lasting pleasure. All items are sold "as-is" and "pre-owned" with respect to the factory warranty. All warranties are offered through Texas Watch and Gold and not the original manufacturers.
Texas Watch and Gold warrants all pre-owned time pieces against mechanical failure for two years  from the date of invoice. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, broken or cracked crystals, battery replacement or problems caused by defective batteries, bands, watches damage by water because of improperly tightened crowns or cracked crystals, watches damaged by unauthorized technicians, watches damaged by the addition of after-market parts, and watches damaged because of abuse or neglect.
Return Policy
To ensure your satisfaction with your purchase, we offer a limited, no-questions-asked return policy.
If the watch you purchased was designated pre-owned, you may return it within three (3) business days from receipt and your full purchase price will be refunded. The watch must be returned in the same condition it was in when sold, and the return must include any box and papers that accompanied the purchase.
We are not authorized dealers for any of the brands we carry including Rolex.
Texas Watch and Gold buys watches at a reasonable market value.
We also offer a selection of designer jewelry to the discriminating buyer. We stock and offer selected pieces  from David Yurman, Lagos, A. Vahan, and John Hardy.
