La Villa Vista Resort offers luxurious accommodations including: A home away from home in simply the best of the best locations; Romantic Get-Away's; Memorable Weddings; Corporate, Spiritual and Intellectual Retreats; Corporate/Private Special Events. The Villa Sleeps 12 people. You will have a full kitchen facility, a living and dining area, a library, a negative edge pool and a hot tub not to mention the gorgeous patios and balconies overlooking the Lake and the hills.
Accommodations.
- The Tuscany Suite. This deluxe suite is tastefully adorned with romantic European charm. Commonly known as our Honeymoon Suite, this regal room with lofty wood ceilings, king bed, and a wood-burning limestone fireplace, creates its own Italian style getaway. Complete with marbled walk-in shower as well as an invigorating Jacuzzi hot tub for two, this suite offers breathtaking lake views. Adjoining is a private Sitting Room with a dramatic view of the lake. Coffee Make and private refrigerator included.
- The Penthouse. This penthouse suite provides an ideal setting for intimate and romantic get-away. A one-bedroom suite located on the top floor of the Villa provides a truly a one of-a kind "Lake Travis" experience. Guests will enjoy the comfort of 400 square feet of indoor living space including a bedroom with a king bed, a living room with sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom. On the west side, a terrace overlooks the famous Lake Travis with stunning sunset views. On the east side, a private balcony with great sunrise views.
- The Serengety Suite. Located on the first floor of the Villa, this absolutely gorgeous suite is designed for comfort and privacy. King size bed with a full view of the Lake. Richly furnished with antiques rugs. The color theme of cobalt blue and earth brown were selected to blend with the outside water and nature. It is complimented with a hand painted wall border.
- Himalaya Suite. Located at the highest point of the Villa, this quaint hideaway suite is designed and decorated for the young at heart. Glorious sunrise at dawn and sunsets at dusk while nestled in your own queen size bed. The private bath has a window overlooking the eastern hills of the area.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Bring your own). Smoking is prohibited except for designated areas outside. We regret that our facility does not accommodate any pets.

The Villa is a short walk to Austin's loftiest lakeside restaurant, The Oasis. We are located about 20 minutes from downtown Austin, 30 minutes to the Austin Bergstrom Airport, easy access to galleries, restaurants and shops, as well as Austin's many attractions.
