Maple Manor, built in 1898, is located in the heart of Uptown Dallas and the Dallas Arts District. All rooms have garden style bathtubs with Jacuzzi jets and are surrounded by marble with separate or combination showers. Free Wireless Internet, Data port telephones, refrigerators, and coffee makers leave you with all the comforts of home. Overnight guests receive a complimentary breakfast served in-suite or in the main dining room. A private stone walled garden, located at the rear of the hotel, boasts three waterfalls, two streams, and landscape lighting. The garden makes a perfect setting for wedding ceremonies and receptions, cocktail affairs, or romantic dining.
Available to you is a full-scale formal dining room with wood coffered ceilings, hardwood floors, and a Baby Grand piano.
Maple Manor has four rooms:
- Suite 211 is decorated in Louis Style French Furniture. It has a street-front balcony overlooking Maple Avenue and a side balcony.
- Suite 212 – Italian bedroom set with queen bed and armoire. Garden-style Jacuzzi tub, combination shower. View of back garden and waterfalls from bed.
- Suite 213 – Edwardian bedroom set with queen bed and armoire. Combination Jacuzzi tub and marble shower. Full view of the back garden and waterfalls.
- Suite 216 is located in the courtyard area of the hotel and has French and English décor with king size bed. Gas fireplace and sitting area with garden view.
Adjacent to the garden is a climate-controlled atrium complete with dramatic architectural lighting and arched ceilings. All catering is provided by The Old Warsaw, so you can rest easy knowing that your guests will enjoy cuisine prepared by the most established restaurant in Dallas.
Enclosed is a recommendation list of vendors: musicians, florists, photographers, etc… This list should help speed up your research process. Everyone on this list is familiar with Maple Manor and they are recommended because their best interest is where it should be, your event!
Maple Manor hosts one event at a time, which allows the staff to concentrate specifically on your guests every need. This concept also allows you the opportunity to utilize all areas of the facility.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be cancelled up to two weeks prior to the reservation. No cancellations will be allowed after the two week period.
